Elizabeth Shantz

Elizabeth Shantz works at the Canadian Water Network as a Science Horizons Intern. Currently, she is investigating what challenges researchers in the water, environment and agricultural sectors face when doing knowledge translation, and will be designing a tool to help increase researcher engagement in KT. Elizabeth recently graduated with her MASc from the University of Waterloo in Industrial Organizational Psychology, where she studied survey design, training development and group facilitation, and was involved in several community engaged scholarship projects through the Institute for Community Engaged Scholarship at the University of Guelph.
