Lauren O'Grady

Lauren O’Grady is a communications professional with a diverse set of skills including social media management, event marketing, graphic design, strategic planning, and media relations. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Public Relations as well and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Lauren has a passion for streamlining communications and creating innovative ways to keep open communication lines with stakeholders. Lauren has worked in various fields during her communications career including healthcare, real estate and not-for-profit. She prides herself on being creative yet organized when it comes to communications tactics and planning. Lauren is excited to work with the Chronic Pain Centre of Excellence for Canadian Veterans and help communicate with Veterans, their families, and other audiences. In her personal life, Lauren volunteers her time coaching basketball to local youths in Hamilton. She was a varsity athlete and finds her passion of basketball can translate into a passion for work, especially working in a team setting.
