Sharing Together: Help identify knowledge mobilization priorities to put evidence into action for mental health and addictions

We need your input to identify priorities for moving evidence into action across Ontario’s mental health and addictions system. By completing this survey, you and those in your networks can contribute to and inform our strategic priorities for knowledge mobilization.

The Sharing Together initiative is led by the Provincial System Support Program at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). Sharing Together is designed to identify knowledge sharing gaps and strategic priorities across the mental health, substance use and addictions landscape. Our teams work to bridge these gaps using diverse, innovative and equity-centred knowledge mobilization approaches.

This survey invites you to share information, perspectives and insights that respond to urgent needs and opportunities for moving evidence into action. Together, we can help develop and maintain high quality, sustainable and compassionate mental health systems for individuals, families and communities across Ontario and beyond.

The survey will take approximately 20-25 minutes to complete.

All survey participants will have the option to be entered into a raffle where they could win one of two $100 gift certificates. The first 100 participants will be eligible to win an additional prize of a $200 VISA/MasterCard gift card.

Who can contribute to this survey?

The survey is tailored to your experiences. The survey aims to gather data from individuals with diverse experience of and/or expertise about mental health, addictions and substance use. If you have lived experience, work/practical experience and/or specialized education-and-training, we are eager for your input.

We will send two additional reminders. Please complete the online survey by January 30, 2023

Consent and confidentiality

Completion of the survey is voluntary. All survey data will be anonymized prior to data analysis. Findings will be presented in summary form only, and individual responses will never be made public.
