We are finalizing the program and we want to hear from you! If you are a researcher, academic, policy maker or health care practitioner who has grappled with, and found solutions to, the challenge of using research evidence in policy-making you have until 4 p.m. PST, November 27, 2017 to submit an abstract via the Fuse 2018 website. Abstracts can take the form of oral presentations, posters, workshops and lightning talks that address the conference theme – using research evidence for healthy public policy. This might include practice-based evidence, economic evidence, communicating evidence, diversity in public health policy and/or partnerships between researchers and policy makers.
Make your plans now to attend. Conference registration will be available from next week. Fuse 2018 will be of interest to all those producing and using evidence from across the public and population health spectrum. We look forward to welcoming a diverse range of researchers and research users to the conference to explore the challenges and solutions associated with integrating evidence into policy.
