The BONES lab has many exciting ongoing research and knowledge translation activities and we are looking for someone to join our team in the role of Research Associate or Research Coordinator. The successful candidate will have a Master’s or PhD in health research or related degree or equivalent education and experience, and will be proficient in quantitative research and qualitative research, including the coordination of clinical trials. The job requires proficiency with Microsoft office (including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point). Experience with SPSS or SAS quantitative software will be considered an asset. Applicants should have previous experience leading large-scale projects. Evidence of strong communication skills and professional interpersonal skills is required. Skills in project management, knowledge translation (including development of KT tools for patients and health care providers) and report writing will be an asset. Supervision of undergraduate students and research assistants, and collaboration with graduate students will be required. The successful applicant will be hired on a one-year contract.
