The Clinical Research Project Manager will be a member of an existing research team in Implementation Science that is studying the implementation of evidence –based practices in child and youth mental health and education. Responsibilities will include method development (based on experience in implementation practice and science), data collection, data analysis (qualitative and quantitative), implementation support to partner organizations, and manuscript preparation.
Qualifications:
• Graduate degree (completed MA minimum) in Human Development, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field.
• Two or more years of experience in technical assistance for evidence-based practice implementation and use. Previous research experience in implementation science specifically would be an asset.
• Very good knowledge of statistical programs and research methods, including latent class analysis, growth curves, propensity scores, multi-level models, and qualitative analysis (Nvivo).
• Experience supporting the dissemination, implementation, and sustainability of evidence-based practices.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential.
