The Alliance for Healthier Communities is hiring an Evaluation and Knowledge Translation Specialist to develop, implement, and oversee the evaluation strategy and KT activities for the Alliance’s Social Prescribing project.
This role works closely with the project team, project participants and stakeholders to integrate learning and improvement into project practices and mental health delivery. Key elements of the role include strategy planning, data collection and analysis, program evaluation, knowledge translation and exchange, and communications.
This is a part-time (28 hours per week), fixed-term contract ending March 31, 2027. Annual compensation starts at $69,892. This is a hybrid position with some flexibility of working from home. The successful candidate will be required to be on-site when needed at the Alliance office in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
