University Health Network (UHN) is looking for an experienced professional to fill the key role of Knowledge Mobilization and Communications Lead in our OpenLab Department.
The NORC Innovation Centre is a new initiative from the University Health Network that aims to transform the way healthcare is delivered and experienced by seniors living in the community. Our mission is to advance a 21st century model of integrated care in NORC buildings across Toronto, and to develop health, social, and technology interventions that support healthy aging. By leveraging multiple capabilities across the UHN enterprise, the NORC Innovation Centre seeks to provide urban-dwelling seniors with new options for aging in place with dignity and choice.
