Job Posting: Knowledge Broker with Evidence to Care @HollandBloorview

**DEADLINE TO APPLY EXTENDED TO DECEMBER 23RD**

Are you a skilled knowledge broker looking for a chance to work with a dedicated knowledge translation (KT) team? Are you passionate about ‘evidence hunting’ and synthesis methodologies? Do you have a genuine interest in childhood disability and desire to make an impact as a KT practitioner?

Our hospital based KT hub, Evidence-to-Care is hiring! We are a small and mighty team of ‘process’ experts who partner with our rehabilitation clinical staff and families to move research evidence into practice through targeted projects.

This is temporary full-time (1.0 FTE) 1 year contract (12 months). Opportunities for renewal are based on funding availability and performance. There is an expectation of on-site activities; we are temporarily working in a hybrid model (remote + in person) with eventual return to full in person presence at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital (Toronto, ON). The role includes sedentary work primarily involving computer use and video conferencing participation. We work in a shared team open space that includes assigned adjustable sit/stand desks with desktop computers in the newly renovated Bloorview Research Institute wing of the Hospital. The building is fully accessible, including single all gender washrooms. In addition to a vaccination policy, COVID screening is required for hospital entry with medical-grade masks provided on site.
