Program Manager, Cochrane Child Health

Cochrane Child Health is part of the Cochrane Collaboration, an international organization devoted to gathering and summarizing the best evidence from health research to help patients, policy-makers and health care practitioners make informed choices about treatment.  Within the larger organization, Cochrane Child Health works to carry out knowledge transfer and exchange activities: bringing the perspective of the child health community to bear on the process of producing child-relevant systematic reviews, and working in the child health community to advocate for the use of the best available evidence in health care decision-making.

Cochrane Child Health is currently recruiting a Program Manager to oversee the group’s activities.  Working closely with the Cochrane Child Health Directors, the Program Manager will maintain effective day-to-day operations and uphold key provincial, national and international linkages.  Essential functions include: governance, fundraising, strategic and business planning, education, research, staff supervision, administration, communications and public relations.
