The Program Associate serves as a provincial resource to gather, share and use knowledge to strengthen child and youth mental health care. The Program Associate has expertise in knowledge translation/mobilization, and education and training relevant to the field of child and youth mental health, evidence-informed practices and their application in the field. The Program Associate has specific training and skills related to the development of learning tools/resources and other knowledge products. S/he is able to build and sustain relationships with stakeholders (i.e., direct service providers and leaders in the field of child and youth mental health) and is skilled in project management and coordination. The Program Associate will understand concepts related to adult learning, and will have solid skills in knowledge translation/mobilization, program coordination, research, writing and developing learning products for a diverse audience.
